If you don't know what you need doing book a Basic Service for small things and a Standard Service for big jobs then add to the notes when booking.

Bring your bike in on your service date or the day before.  We aim to have your bike ready for collection 24 hours after your service date but we will contact you to let you know when it's ready. Sometimes it can take a little longer if we have to order parts, but you will be updated with time changes via text message. 

 

Our workshop is very busy at the moment, if you can not make the booking it due to our limited availability. Please check available slots.

Your bike gets a free check by one of our skilled bike mechanics. You get a free estimate of the cost of repairs or service and parts.

We aim to do most repairs on the same day or within 24 hours.

Cycle Whilst You Wait

We can lend you a bike whilst yours is in for repairs.

Employers and Organisations

We do contract maintenance of your bike fleets, together with rental or lease of the fleet.

Booking

No need  to book, just bring your  bike  in during opening hours.

We will check it  in and let you know when it will be ready. 

If you have a cargo bike let us know so we can make sure we have enough storage space.

Bikes we can service or Repair

Our mechanics are highly skilled, from a simple puncture repair, tubeless wheel set up, wheel building, basic or full bike service they can do it. We have large double door so cargo bikes and trike are no problem. Unfortunately we can no longer work on any eBikes with a throttle, conversion kit, or non certified battery. Our mechanics are Cytech, Bosh and Shimano trained.
