Fill in the form and Manchester Bikes will call you back. As an NCA employee, we can give you free personal support to get you started on a bike and to help you cycle more often. For instance, this might be free cycle training, help fixing your bike, or just answering questions, such as Which is the best bike? What do I wear? Are there showers at work? How do I best lock my bike up?
Subsidised hire costs after free rental period are:
- Standard Bike: £10 a week
- Basic e-bike: £15 a week
- Mid range e-bike: £25 a week
- Cargo Bike: £40 a week
Booking takes place in 4 week periods, you will need to do a booking for each 4 week period.
Bikes need to be returned to the shop after each four week period for a safety check.
The shop is open Tuesday - Saturday 9am to 6pm.

Can I buy the bike?
Rental bikes are sold off periodically – ask in store for the latest.
New bikes - check our stock - can be bought:
- Outright - we accept card payment and BACS
- Cycle to Work Scheme - see Vivup
- Retail Finance - 12 months interest-free. 24/36 interest bearing, t&c apply).

- Then book your bike - click NCA Bike hire, choose your date then bike.
- Please note free rent periods still require card details, these act as your security deposit. No money will be taken for free rentals.
- Booking only for NHS NCA staff, please bring your work ID with you.
Book your bike - Pick up Fairfield General Hospital
- This is a trail for remote ebike hire, it will allow you to collect a bike from the bike locker at Fairfield General Hospital.
- Users will need a smart phone to access the bike.
