The Big Mouth hangs on the side of your rear pannier rack with gold-standard Ortlieb pannier hooks for one-handed mounting/dismounting. It opens nice and wide so you can drop just about anything – a shopping bag, backpack, basketball – easily inside. When you aren’t using it, it folds flat and out of the way.
