Sidekick Footrests Gen 3 are frame-mounted platforms that give passengers on the HSD a stable, comfortable place to rest their feet. Essential for safety* when carrying bigger kids and adult passengers, the wide, slip-resistant surface supports feet of all sizes, while the fixed design keeps mounting and dismounting simple and does not interfere with rear rack accessories like panniers. Built-in slots for Batten Straps also let each footrest double as a compact cargo platform, supporting up to 25 kg (55 lb) when not carrying a passenger.
*A safe passenger setup should always include dedicated seating, handhold, foot support, foot and leg protection, and double kickstand
